This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using AiCredits,
including prepaid credits, redemption codes, account access, and API calls made through
our OpenAI-compatible gateway.
1. Use the service lawfully
You may not use AiCredits to violate any applicable law, regulation, sanction, court order, or third-party right.
2. Prohibited content and activities
You must not use the service to generate, distribute, or facilitate:
Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content
Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, or unauthorized intrusion attempts
Harassment, doxxing, threats, or targeted abuse against individuals or groups
Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
Automated abuse intended to overwhelm, scrape, or degrade the service
3. No abuse of credits, codes, or accounts
Do not obtain credits or redemption codes through fraud, chargeback abuse, or manipulation.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, pricing controls, or access restrictions.
Do not probe, reverse engineer, or exploit the service, payment flow, or related infrastructure.
Do not share, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access unless we have given written permission.
4. Fair use and operational limits
We may apply request limits, anti-abuse rules, temporary suspensions, or manual review when traffic patterns,
payment behavior, or usage signals appear risky or abnormal. These controls help us keep the service usable for everyone.
5. Third-party model and upstream rules
Some API traffic may rely on upstream providers or model platforms. You agree not to use AiCredits in ways that would
cause us or you to violate upstream terms, acceptable use rules, or safety requirements.
6. Enforcement
We may take action when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, including:
Rejecting or delaying orders
Suspending credits, redemption, or API access
Blocking abusive traffic or accounts
Refusing refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent payment behavior
Reporting illegal activity to relevant parties when required
