1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using AiCredits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What AiCredits provides

AiCredits provides prepaid access products for AI-related API usage, including fixed credit packages, redemption-code delivery, order lookup, and related support workflows. Specific models, pricing, upstream integrations, and delivery methods may change over time.

3. Orders, credits, and delivery

• Orders are considered completed only after payment is successfully confirmed.
• Purchased packages are delivered through the service workflow described on the checkout and success pages.
• If delivery is delayed by a technical issue, you should use the order lookup page first and then contact support if needed.
• We may reject, cancel, or manually review suspicious orders for fraud, abuse, or payment risk reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and responsibly. Abuse, fraud, attacks on infrastructure, unauthorized resale, or prohibited use may lead to suspension or cancellation. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more details.

5. Pricing and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout and may be updated in the future. For technical delivery failures, we may choose the most appropriate remedy, such as retrying delivery, restoring access, or issuing a refund where appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of completed delivery, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of these terms.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and usable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or availability of any specific upstream model at all times.

7. Third-party dependencies

Some parts of the service depend on third-party providers, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and upstream AI platforms. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, pricing changes, or policy changes imposed by those providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiCredits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, or third-party failures.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
